3. Post-Construction: Service and warranty work
4. Design-Build: We can assemble a team including one or more of the following:
- Engineers - structural, mechanical, electrical, soils, civil
The Design-Build approach allows the Contractor to be involved
during the planning stages of the project. It is an effective method to
maintain a budget and alleviate last minute "surprises" to the Client.
