Engineers contracts - drawings begin
Blue Willow Builders directs Team
•    Familiarize Team to goals of project
•    BWB is single point contact
•    BWB makes shortlist strategic contractors
•    BWB advises plan development
•    BWB constructability review
•    BWB develop working schedule
•    BWB presents Project Management Plan
•    Bid schematic drawings to strategic contractors
•    Risk mitigation thru responding contractors
•    Implement safety protocols

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM
•    BWB to formalize project management plan
•    BWB to formalize safety program & process
•    BWB to develop hazmat program if required
•    BWB to train safety & quality control team members
•    BWB to update construction budget against drawings
•    BWB to formalize preconstruction / construction schedule & review with team
•    BWB secures permits for horizontal construction
•    Select strategic subcontractors

KNOW THE PLANS AND PROCESS
•    BWB to know plans/develop bids
•    BWB to implement constructability reviews
•    BWB to establish project wrap insurance (if required)
•    BWB to review and adjust proposals against RFP
•    BWB to review proposals against spec’s
•    BWB to adjust cut sheets to match proposals
•    BWB to perform local area municipalities due diligence
•    BWB to establish long lead items and solutions
•    BWB to build synergism with proposing teams

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Dwg’s 80% - 100%   Construction Underway

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
•    BWB   Performs final cost analysis process on plans
•    BWB   REVIEW PLAN COSTS AGAINST FINAL BUDGET
•    BWB   SUBMIT GMAX or FINAL PROJECT CONSTRUCTION COST
•    ESTABLISH GOALS TO GUARANTEE PROFITABILITY and SCHEDULE
•    BWB Develop and submit addendum for final schedule with GMAX
•    BWB   Develop contingency backup plans – multiple areas
•    BWB has final buyout of subcontractors
•    BWB Comprehensive Risk Analysis of potential trouble areas and solutions


VERTICAL CONSTRUCTION CAN BEGIN AT ANYTIME FOLLOWING THE HORIZONAL CONSTRUCTION WHEN PERMITTING AND PROPER TIMING ALLOWS

CONSTRUCTION PROCESS FULLY UNDERWAY
•   Vertical Construction is underway to meet schedule
•   Final plan reviews with municipalities and final permit approvals
•    BWB buyout complete/subcontracts in place
•    BWB project schedule agreed to by all subcontractors and design team
•    BWB to execute construction and deliver on time and within established budgets
•    BWB to establish close-out process and requirements
•    BWB to set critical milestones in schedule to insure delivery by BWB
•    BWB to review with entire team “Owner Hot Buttons”
